Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help with returns or exchanges when needed. Please read our policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14–30 days of delivery (choose your preferred timeframe).

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items with signs of wear, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, or strong odors may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, swimwear (final sale, unless defective)

  • Accessories (optional)

  • Sale or clearance items (optional)

  • Gift cards


3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for different sizes or colors, depending on stock availability.

  • If the item is out of stock, customers may choose a refund or store credit.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order must be processed as a return.
