Shipping policy

Our shipping policy ensures that all orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with weekend and holiday orders handled on the next business day and possible delays during high-volume periods. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express, while international orders may take 7–21 business days and may incur duties or taxes at the customer’s expense. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, which may take 24–48 hours to update. We do not ship to certain P.O. boxes or restricted locations, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address; if a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipment fees apply.
